Cash grant for eligible first home buyers of new, off-the-plan, or house-and-land purchases under published price caps.
FHBAS Full Exemption
Up to $800,000
Eligible first home buyers may pay $0 transfer duty on new or existing homes valued up to $800,000, with concessions available up to $1,000,000.
