Homes — Full Exemption
Up to $600,000
Eligible first home buyers pay no duty on new or established homes up to $600,000. A concessional First Home Owner Rate applies from $600,001 to $800,000.
Vacant Land
Up to $450,000
Eligible vacant land purchases pay $0 duty up to $450,000, with a concessional rate between $450,001 and $550,000.
